应用Application

²       PVC材质的片材（如：透心板、绣花板）PVC sheet material (e.g. embroidered sheet and through the heart sheet)

²       部分PVC材质的卷材（如：透心板、发泡底的卷材及柔质材料）PVC coil material

²       PVC底的片、卷地毯 Sheet and coil carpet with PVC end.

优点Advantage：

²       水基胶对使用者无害，无危险，有利于环境保护。Water-based glue is non hazardous and dangerous to environment.

²       适用于所有类型的工地（新房建筑或旧房翻新）Apply to all construction site (New house or renovation of old house)

²       可用于吸收性基材，及大部分非吸收性基材和弹性基材 It can be used for absorbent substrate, non substrate and flexible substrate.

²       粘结力强（适用于片材、卷材）Strong bond strength (apply to sheet and coil material)

²       涂布量大，在正常地面及正常操作下可达7～9m²/kg Large coating, normal consumption at normal ground can be used 7～9m²/kg.

²        干法粘贴（有利于地材的保洁、方便施工），特殊情况下也可半干粘贴 Dry paste(It is beneficial for material cleaning and construction), semi-dry paste on special condition

²       适用于暖气地面能抵抗带滑轮座椅的磨擦 Apply for resistant to friction with the pulley seat on heating surface.

特征Character:

²       白色或微黄色乳状液体 White or light yellowish milky liquid

²       施工开放时间：在摄氏23度时为10到120分钟（根据湿度、温度、吸收情况、上胶量及通风性而异）construction opening time: 10 to 120 minutes at 23 ^oC. (According to humidity, temperature, absorption and ventilation)

²       初期施工建议用A1/A2的刮齿的刮刀 Recommend to use scrapting blade with A1/A2 teeth during the initial construction.

载体准备Carrier preparation：

²       载体必须坚固、干燥、干净、平整、光滑、不起砂 The carrier must be strong, dry, clean, level, smooth and free sand.

²       不得使涂层有返潮的危险 The coating shall not have the risk of damp.

²       上胶时，湿度不得超过55%，须严格遵守载体晾干时间 Humidity can not exceed 55% when coating. Worker must strict compliance with carrier drying time.

工作条件Working condition：

²       温度Temperature：工作地点温度必须在摄氏10到45之间（至少上胶前几天必须获得）；空气湿度：应小于55%HR；地面温度：不小于10摄氏度Temperature in working location should be between 10 to 45 degree (Site temperature should be checked before coating); air humidity: less than 55%HR; ground temperature: less than 10 degree.

²       铺设前48小时关闭地面暖气，铺设七天后方能重新逐渐启动暖气，胶粘剂和材料（切割和垂直铺设的幅面）建议提前几天储存在工作地点，该处温度至少要达到摄氏10度以上，这个作法有利于幅面的稳定，并方便于涂层操作。Shut off ground heating system before construction. 7 days later after construction, the heating can be open gradually. Adhesive and material which is in cutting and vertical laying format will be stored in the construction site several days ago before construction. The site temperature is at least above 10 ^oC.

²       施工中，潮湿会引起地板表面起泡，影响外观。请注意防潮气。During construction, humidity can cause bubble of floor surface. It will impact appearance of ground floor. Pay attention to avoid moisture.

上胶 Paste Glue：

选用合适的刮刀，将粘胶在载体上单层涂上（根据材料的吸收和粗糙适度而异） according to material absorption and roughness, chose the suitable scraping blade and put the glue on carrier. Then, single-layer coat.

²       选用A1刮齿时，每平方涂125克左右 Use A1 teeth, 125g per square meter

²       选用A2刮齿时，每平方涂150克左右 Use A2 teeth, 150g per square meter

²       刮刀的齿不能过度损坏，上述粘胶用量指刮刀崭新情况下的用量，涂胶量以现场实际为准 The teeth of blade can not been excessive damaged. The above usage of glue depends on the teeth quality. Amount of glue based on actual site condition.

胶合方式 Method：

²       本产品属于含水乳胶，通过组合前水蒸发，以及材料吸收后完成干燥胶合，胶合和晾干的速度取决于粘胶厚度，材料吸收性能、温度、湿度及通风性。The product is water-based glue. After water evaporation, material absorption and dry, glue is becoming. Speed of glue and dry depends on thickness of glue, property of material, temperature, humidity and ventilation.

待候时间Waiting time：

根据室温，材料的吸收和粗糙程度，以及上胶量进行调整 According to room temperature, absorption of material, roughness and amount of glue, waiting time can be adjusted.

²       干粘法：待候时间为10-20分钟（室温摄氏23度时）用量大约为140克/平方米，待胶水完全透明后即可施工 Dry paste: waiting time is 10 – 20 minutes (RT: 23 oC).  The amount of glue is 140 g/m2. After glue is becoming transparent, the construction can be start.

²       部分特殊情况下也可半干粘贴 Half dry paste may be used in some special condition.

开放时间 Opening time：

²       根据温度，材料空隙度和上胶量而异：约为10-240分钟之间（依现场温度而异，原则上温度越高可工作时间越长）According to temperature and material voidage and glue amount, about 10 to 240 minutes.(According to site temperature, the higher the temperature the longer working hour)

²       工作时间为120分钟之内均可Working time is within 120 minutes

裱平Level：

²       铺设时，由里向外逐渐裱平 Level from the inside out

²       利用裱平的把子，探测涂层下面可能出现的鼓起处，并用力将其消除Use level tools to detect the muster under the coating and eliminate it firmly.

²       20分钟后，再用重型滚筒（重约60公斤）仔细压平整个表面（原则上越重越好）20 minutes later, heavy roller with 60 kg flat whole surface. More heavy more better.

²       裱平必须先横向进行，随后再纵向进行 Level must start from lateral direction and then vertical direction.

最终粘结 Final adhesion：

²       原则上铺设24小时后，可打蜡处理In principle pasting after 24 hrs, do waxing.

²       铺设48到72小时后，可以用水拖洗或反复使用Pasting after 48 to 72 hrs, the floor can be washed and cleaned repeatedly.

²       粘贴好后应用清水冲洗粘胶新鲜斑点和铺设工具After pasting, fresh spot and tools are flushed by clean water.

²       水性胶，非易燃品 Water based glue, non-combustible product.

²       不含溶剂，对使用者无害Free solvent and none hazardous to user.

包装Package：

20公斤塑料桶装20kg per plastic barrel；10公斤塑料桶装10kg per plastic barrel；5公斤塑料桶装5kg per plastic barrel

储存Storage：

²       在摄氏5度（零上）和30度之间，原装产品可最多保存1年The product can be stored at most for one year between 5 to 30 ^oC.

²       避免本品结冰Avoid frozen

²       用后关紧容器盖子Close barrel tightly after use

²       一次静止时最多叠放4层 Stacked up to 4 level.

简述Description：

1．         基面必须要求结实、平整、光滑、干燥、干净不起沙Base surface should be stiff, flat, smooth, dry, clean and no sand.

2．         该产品粘结力很强，使用方便，要求干法粘贴，待胶水呈透明状时，干透后方铺设施工。The product has strong adhesion and easy construction. It is required drying paste. After it become transparent and totally dry, paving work can be done.

3．         本产品适用于PVC塑料地板、片材、卷材，具体铺设可依实际情况为准。The product is applied to PVC plastic floor, sheet and coil material. Detail laying follow the actual situation.

4．         涂布量大，在正常情况下，涂布量为：7-9平方米/kg。Large amount of coating at normal condition. Coating amount is: 7-9 m²/kg.

5．         建议施工时使用A2或近似A2的自制刮刀，先小面积试用，后大面积使用，刮 刀齿深最好控制在1.0-1.6毫米之间，不可无齿粘贴。Recommend to use A2 or similar A2 scraper. Firstly, try to paste within small area then large scale use. The teeth height of scraper is between 1.0-1.6 mm. The scraper without teeth is not allowed to use for pasting.

6．         实行单面上胶，也可双面上胶。One either side can also be double-sided adhesive glue.
